Hotel Information

WDW Executive Plus Homes have been handpicked from a selection of the finest executive products available as they offer a little extra in the way of comfort and luxury. The homes will have either four, five or six bedrooms and at least three full bathrooms, with at least one being ensuite. Each home will be fully equipped and will feature a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all glassware, all linens and towels. The homes are either one or two storey and will have a minimum of one lounge/living area with the larger homes having two lounge areas. Within the lounge will be a colour cable TV, with a DVD or video player. The Master bedroom will also feature a TV, with DVD or video player. The outside area will have patio furniture for relaxing on and of course the swimming pool. The homes are approximately 32 km from the Orlando International Airport. Notes: Distance from the grocery store is approximately 3 km. All the homes are non-smoking homes. Guests are allowed to smoke on the patio/pool area only and will be charged for a deep clean if it is found that they have been smoking within the home.

Guests for this property are required to check-in at the service centre of the youtravel.com representative, located at the Best Western Lakeside Inn, as seen on their voucher. They will be provided with a welcome pack and keys. For out of hours check-in, there is a lock box outside the office and the code required can be provided by admin@youtravel.com. Our system allows bookings for a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children. Should you need to book a villa or townhome for more than 6 adults and 4 children, kindly make your booking with the 6 plus 4 which the system allows and then make a note of the total number of persons in the request box, in order for resort to be informed. Rates for Orlando villas and townhomes are offered per unit, therefore number of persons does not affect price.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of this hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
