"Great Location, unique hotel"
This hotel has a superb location, in the middle of the city. There's a little bit plane traffic noise but I guess that all hotels have a same "problem", because the planes fly over the city.
The hotel is old, unique and has a own private garage (we paid 10 eur/night). Breakfast was ok.

"Nice Hotel"
We are a family of four that stayed one night in this hotel. Like the other reviews, we had some trouble finding the place because it is in a pedestrian-only part of town. You have to park a couple of blocks away from the hotel, and the parking costs 10 euros per day.
The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. The room was quite large for a European hotel room. Wonderful views, right down the street from the 'Golden Roof', lots of shopping close by, and skiing was only about a 30 minute drive away. It was a bit noisy at night because the hotel is right on a plaza with restaurants and a little bit of night life. You can feel the hotel's history as soon as you walk in and the location is great if you want to get a real flavor for Innsbruck. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

"Loved this hotel..."
We were lucky to get a last minute booking in the lead up to Christmans here. Our room was quaint (I called it a "heidi room"), very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel, but having read the haunted review, can't say that we experienced any paranormal activity.
The location is excellent - especially given that the christmas markets were on and we could step out and have hot food practically on our doorstep.
Staff were really friendly and helpful, we wanted to do some skiing and they went out of their way to help us with bus timetables and advice on where to ski.
I thought it was just lovely and enjoyed the pleasure of staying in a hotel with this history.

"Charming, convenient and comfortable"
This was a special treat for 6 of our family members, staying at such a lovely place. You have a real sense of the city's history and charm, staying in the heart of the old town. We parked our car and walked everywhere while in Innsbruck, thanks to the Hotel Weisses Kruez...
The interior is charming, with its olde worlde beams, but it is also scrupulously clean, and makes one feel as if one were in a lodge somewhere high in the Alps. The rooms were comfortable in size, and we loved having a window on the pedestrian street in the front. The street sounds did not bother us, in fact, we were charmed by all the activities just below us. We didn't know there were rooms with balcony views on the other side of the hotel, and while they, too, sound wonderful, we were captivated by our view.
The hotel staff was gracious and unobtrusive. We felt very fortunate to be staying in such a pretty, convenient and historic inn.
