These beautiful fully-furnished, fully-equipped 3, 4 and 5 bedroom superior homes all have private screened-in pools. Their easy access to I-4 make them the ideal location for visiting the theme parks or exploring the rest of Florida.

Check in is from 16:00 h. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from our Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours key collection from the electronic lock box. Lock box code C-7-0-8-3 then press the button with the symbol of a door key. Homes assistance is available 24 h per day via free phone 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. A refundabel security deposit of USD 300 is required at registration. The following items can be added to your booking at a daily fee, Pool Heat USD 25 per day, Crib rental USD 7 per day and highchair rental USD 7 per day tax inclusive.
CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of this hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
