"Lovely Views of Canal" My husband and I stayed 3 nights and we absolutely loved it. When we first booked in I didnt like our room (in the old part) and when I politely requested a change of room to the newer part, they changed it promptly and with a smile even though they were heavily booked out. The view of the canal from the eating areas are spectacular and I found the food to be very good. The location was excellent and very quite at night. Very comfortable bed and lovely decor.I had read quite a few average reviews before I booked, but I found the hotel to be charming and value for money.I would strongly suggest finding a room rate which includes breakfast,as I believe they are very expensive.I loved it and can't wait to go back!!

"AWESOME, 2 thumbs up!" We stayed for 2 nights in Aug using my starwood pts. It was a memorable stay. We got room 308 which has partial canal view and a nice balcony. Room was clean, beds are comfy, showers are strong. It has a ~30in. LCD tv too. Staffs were very helpful. Location is so prime it's 3 min walk to st.mark's square. I would for sure stay here again.

"Awesome location and wonderful hotel!" You couldnt ask for a better location in all of Venice! The hotel is right on the canal and is the prefect setting to unwind with a glass of wine or a wonderful meal! My husband and I loved this hotel and would stay there again!
