"Location is away from public transportation " Westin Harbour Castle Hotel's rooms are nice enough but lack somewhere suitable to eat. The bar is bland and has a suprisingly small selection of food. Location is away from public transportation and there is a short walk to downtown sights.

"Westin Harbour Castle Hotel is exceptional" Westin Harbour Castle Hotel is exceptional. Beautiful, well organized, incredibly accommodating. I arrived in Toronto very early and came to the hotel in the morning on the off chance they could check me in. They did, to a beautiful room where I enjoyed excellent service. Restaurant is great too. If you’re going to be in Toronto, definitely stay here.

"BEST HOTEL IN TORONTO" As a frequent visitor to Toronto, I stay in 4-Star hotels, but this hotel deserves special praise. The staff are magnificent, the hotel itself brings a feeling of elegence and prestige. The new renovations truly bring this hotel to the top of the list for me. Right from the friendly bell staff, to the personalized service at the Front Desk, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Toronto for business, pleasure, or just to experience what a Westin Hotel should feel like.

"Happy with the Westin Harbour Castle" The hotel is right on the Harbour so you easy access to the ferry going to Center Island. Although the hotel is not in the heart of downdown you are only about a 15 minute walk away from this area. My wife and I both love to walk around in a new city so this was not a problem for us. The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed, and a renovated bathroom. The room was a very good size and we still had plenty of room to move around even after adding a crib for our 16 month old daughter. I did not eat at the hotel so I can not comment on the quality of the restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again on a future visit to Toronto.

"at Westin room was clean and comfy" We have stayed at Westin at Harbourfront. What a pleasure! Very comfortable bed, clean bedding, nice towels. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. We loved the location. Staff was very nice and friendly - we asked for some extra towels and got them in 3 minutes. Thank you

"Very good experience - near everything!" We had never been to Paris and were a little concerned about what to expect. But the staff spoke terrific English (though we could speak some French) and made us feel at home. The room was small but met our needs very well. The bathroom was unexpectedly large and luxurious - good water pressure and very clean! We had a balcony over the street and that was a nice benefit. I'd recommend that you make very sure whether or not breakfast is included in your rate before you eat at the hotel. The breakfast is quite good but not cheap so make sure you check so there are no surprises. The staff was helpful and attentive to our needs, though an occasional tip didn't hurt. The location is superb, very close to the Louvre and Seine, and not far at all from the Metro. There are shops and food nearby so you won't want for anything. There's a post office where you can get stamps and CASH and that's handy. Our neighbors in the hotel were a bit noisy but that's not the fault of the hotel. The rate was not cheap but far less than you'd pay in London, and overall we were pleasantly surprised.

"Great hotel" We stayed here for a weekend in June 2006 (2 nights). Excellent location near to restaurants and museums. Staff were friendly, room was large with a balcony overlooking the street. The balcony had 2 deck chairs on it and we enjoyed sitting out there drinking wine in the evening. We didn't have the breakfast as it was too expensive. Overall, a great hotel that I would recommend to friends.

"Great Location" Great location! A short stroll from the Louvre on a charming little side street. Plenty of restaruants on the side streets and the tourist areas. Great little shop for bottled water and snacks at the end of the street. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast room was charming with efficient staff. Hotel decor was shabby chic but fit with the atmosphere. I'd definitely stay here again.

Dump This hotel is very outdated and completely inconsistent with the Westin brand. I feel completely ripped off. My room looks nothing like the picture of the sleak renovated room. Forget it. The Intercontinental up the street is beautiful and the service is excellent. It was sold out this week and that's why I ended up here.
