"Lovely hotel in excellent location"
When I was picking a hotel to stay at for our trip to Nice I searched through all the reviews on trip advisor and this had some of the best, I can now see why. It is a friendly, spacious, clean hotel in the perfect location.
The main shopping/restaurant area is a 2 minute walk and the train station is only 5-10 minutes away up the road. The hotel is situated across the road from the beach and the airport is also a 10 - 15 minute journey by car costing 30 euros.
The rooms are big and clean with a large comfortable bed and lovely clean bathroom with a big tub! Thr rooms were cleaned everyday. Staff are friendly and happy to help and breakfast included a hot buffet which is served 7-11 in a large room downstairs or you could order it to your room. There is also a bar and restaurant in the hotel. Recomend you stay here if your looking for a good hotel in Nice which is centrally located.

"Return visit"
This was a return visit to this hotel and we would go back again!
We were allowed to book in early (11.00am).
We asked for a sea view and got one, our main mistake was that we didn't specify a balcony - so if you do want one specify this in advance.
At the moment there is a lot of construction work going on in Nice as a new Tram Way is built - this does not affect this Hotel at all unlike others in central Nice.
Taxi fare from airport about Euro 30 or bus Euro 4 which includes an all day bus pass.

"I really like this hotel..."
yes, the public areas have a slighted shabby elegance but the rooms are spacious, the view/location can't be beaten and the staff are wonderful. For the second year running we received the warmest welcome ever received from any hotel reception.
The breakfast is also really good and is taken in a really characterful room.
I've no doubt we will return. Nice is fabulous and our stay here can't be faulted.
