"Superb Staff makes the Windsor Opera a Return Destination!" This quaint hotel offers the most important asset in an international destination: competent, pleasant, informed staff! The four consierges at the Windsor Opera were the best of anywhere I've stayed in Europe or the US. They were dilligent in making sure we, the guests, were assisted 24/7 with any and all difficulties incurred in international travel. When the airlines lost our luggage, they were on top of the situation, keeping the lines of communication open and following through with baggage retrieval. There may be larger, fancier hotels...but none as accommodating and pleasing as the Windsor Opera. I'll stay there again, and look foward to it!

"Great value" Really good value. We booked this only a few days before and got an excellent price for one night. We booked a triple room and got one in the attic with 5 beds. Big bathroom and seperate toilet, safe deposit box in room and flat screen TV. Very comfortable. No views except for the stars through the skylight but we only slept there. Location was equal distance from a number of metro stops and about 15 minutes walk from Gard du Nord. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

"Great value, good for babies" Hi, we stayed at the Windsor Opera one night in May with our 12 month old son and his grandma (and his parents of course!). The hotel put us in a quad room with a cot which was very clean and well provisioned. The staff spoke excellent English and were friendly on our arrival and accomodating to our requests to store bags and for an early check-in. We booked as part of a standard Eurostar package and have had several Eurostar breaks. By far this is the best hotel we have had to date in Paris and will be staying here again.
