LOCATION

York Hotel is ideally located just blocks from Union Square shopping district, theaters, cable cars and all major attractions. The York Hotel is on San Francisco's Nob Hill, just three blocks from the world famous cable cars and a short walk from Union Square, the Theatre District, eclectic nightlife and World Class Fine Dining.
PROPERTY AMENITIES

* A continental breakfast including muffins, croissants, fruit, and coffee is provided each morning in the Empire Plush Room from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.

* Empire Bar:
Lobby bar serving martinis and other cocktails, wine, and beer. Open from early evening until late evening.

* Empire Plush Room:
Independently owned and operated nightclub. Nationally recognized performers. Cabaret acts, comedy, jazz vocalists. Cover charge, two-drink minimum per person. Ages 21 and over. Reservations required.

* Guests of the York Hotel, A Personality Hotel, have complimentary use of a small fitness room with several cardio machines.

* The newly remodeled, spacious and comfortable rooms at the York Hotel have been designed to look like replicas of the hotel Performers Suite, where the likes of Rita Moreno and Betty Buckley stay when they are performing at the Empire Plush Room.

"York Hotel's room was very comfortable."
York Hotel's room was very comfortable. Breakfast was a bit sparse with not too much choice, but eating out is cheap and good quality so it was never a problem. Good walking distance to transport facilities and shopping areas.

York Hotel is superb. Very convenient, clean, friendly, great room, super clean bathroom and nice terry cloth robes. Highly recommended and is where I will stay in S.F. when I need to stay under the radar.
