Located just off Orchard Road, Singapore's main shopping and entertainment belt, and a 15 minute drive to the commercial and financial district, this city and business hotel is accessible from both within and outside the Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) zone, via Mt Elizabeth Link and Scotts Road respectively. Within a 5-10 minute walk are the Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Lucky Plaza Shopping Centre, Paragon Shopping Centre, Takashima Shopping Complex and the Orchard MRT which allows guests to get around quickly and comfortably. The airport is a 20-25 minute drive away.

This fully air-conditioned hotel was renovated in 2006 and has 406 guest rooms and suites in 2 towers, with 8 function rooms, a business centre, chemists, a hair salon, restaurants, an in-house doctor and wireless Internet access in public areas (for a fee). There are also 24-hour reception and parking facilities available along with 24-hour room service.
