As a travel agent there are two ways you can work with gtahotels.com. The first way is that you can earn 10% commission on all finalized bookings you make for your clients on gtahotels.com. The second way is that you can publish our text links and banners on your website. You will earn 10% commission for each finalized booking made by a referred customer. Simply click on the 'New Agent Sign Up' button and fill in the details of your agency to start working with us. |

There are no requirements in order to sign-up. You just need to be a travel agency. If you have an IATA number you are validated immediately. If not, we ask that you fax through documents to Fax: + 90-212-230-0624 showing validation from the approved travel agency body in your country. You can also scan the documents and send them as an e-mail attachment via email. As soon as we receive these documents we can validate your account and you can start making bookings on gtahotels.com. |

When logging in please enter your password and username exactly as they are written. Do not alter the case when typing in or add any spaces if you copy and paste. If you have an IATA number and your username is your IATA number, only enter the first 7 digits of your IATA number as your username. It is also possible that your account has not yet been validated. Please email agentinfo@gtahotels.com and we will be able to advise you. |

| Any client coming to us through a banner on your website would use their credit card to pay for their booking on our site. We can track referred clients from your website and then pay any commissions earned through finalized hotel bookings. With the help of codes, our system recognizes that this booking is coming from your site and forwards the commission to your agency account. While you can not see the details about the client due to the Privacy Policy you will see the booking number, sale amount, commission amount and due date for this booking. These bookings will be listed in the 'Reservation' link along with other bookings made directly by your agency. |

If you are displaying our banners on your site and you realize a booking with a commission and if that is not done directly by you; these commissions belong to the bookings made by customers directed from your website through our banners. You will not be able to see the details under My Bookings or you will not be able to manage them as these customers enter their own e-mail address and they will manage their bookings themselves. The reason for this is that this person is protected under directly Gtahotels.com Privacy Policy as they did not directly booked through your agency. However you will receive commission for this booking. |

Straight away - as soon as you have registered for the program and your account has been validated. You can then start making bookings as a travel agent and/or display our banners and text links. Please ensure that you sign-in to the travel agency page each time you make a booking so that we can track your commission.

| You will only receive a commission payment once you have earned $100 / €100. Anything under that amount will be carried over to the next month (This limit is not applied for US and Canadian agencies who receives checks or paypal as commission payment method). |

| We currently do not provide commission on the actvities bookings. 10% travel agency commission applies for only the hotel reservations. We will contact our travel agencies when we start to pay the commissions for the activities bookings. Meanwhile you can book activities in order to help your clients plan their trip. |

What do I need to do to get my commission? What is the commission payment procedure? |

Commission payment procedure has been changed in order to make the commission payment process faster. We have added a part at Account Details section (you can see this next to the Reservations link, below the main bar when you sign in through the travel agency page) where you can enter the payment type you prefer with details. Your commission will be paid according to the information you entered here. Therefore it is very important that your commission payment details and your contact details are up-to-date and accurate and please make sure you update them at Account Details when there is a change to avoid any delays or problem in your commission payment. If your commission payment details are missing or not satisfactory we will send you an email asking more details in the month the commission payment is due. Please reply us as soon as possible in order to process your commission payment faster. If we do not receive an answer from you, your payment will be in the next month’s commission payment cycle. If all your details are complete and correct we send you an e-mail only when your commission is sent. In this case please contact us if you do not receive the payment in a week after you receive the e-mail confirming that the commission is sent.
If you are a US or Canadian agency; 1. Please make sure you have filled in the Payable To and the Address if you prefer to be paid by check. 2. Please fill in your company PayPal account e-mail address if you prefer to receive your payment via PayPal.
If you are NOT a US or Canadian Agency; 1. You will receive your payment only via bank transfer. Please include details of the bank account you would like the commission payment transferred to: such as bank name, the address of the bank, the city and country the bank account is registered in, swift code, the account holders name, bank account number, IBAN and sort code; and any other detail specific to your country’s bank transfer procedure. 2. Your commissions will be paid through our payment agency Worldwide Payment Systems (WPS) who is a global payment solution company. Through WPS you will receive your payments faster and with much convenience for you. Please note they might contact you in case there is a problem with your bank details. We appreciate if you let WPS know any details they request to send you your commission and please keep your contact details and bank details updated in our system. 3. A Bank Transfer fee of 3 Euro will be deducted from the total commission.

What currency will I receive my commission payment in? |

When you sign up for the travel agents program you can opt to view your commission in US Dollars or in Euros. Although you can make the reservations in many currencies that you select at the time of the search of the hotel; your commission payment is converted to either USD or EURO, whichever you have selected in your account details. If your commission is being paid by bank transfer; our payment agency WPS who pays our commissions for us, will contact you to learn your real preferred payment currency such as your local currency to send your commission in. Please let them know the information they need. For US and Canadian agencies all the checks are sent in USD. |

How will I receive my commission payment? |

Please fill in your preferred payment details/update these details at 'Account Details' page. It identifies the payment type you would like to receive your commission through. We will contact you in advance prior to making a payment to receive the details of the commission payment if there is a problem with your preferred commission payment type or if you did not fill this area. We recommend that you fill the Commission Payment Type accurate and up-to-date to receive your commission faster. With regards to the method of payment for any commission due to you;
1. Non-US and Non-Canadian Agencies will receive their commission via bank transfer. It is important that your contact details and your bank details is correct in order to avoid any delay in your commission payments.
2. United States or Canadian agencies can receive their commission by US check or by Paypal instead of bank transfers. It is more beneficial for other agencies to receive payment by bank transfers.
Unfortunately we can no longer use the credit card refund method as a commission payment preference. |

Click on the 'Reservations' link. When you are making new reservation please login through this travel agency page at this link as well so that the system recognizes the booking as your agency booking. |

Please make sure you do not use ‘My Bookings’ section to make new reservations. You can use ‘My Bookings’ only to check and amend any specific/existing reservation. For a new reservation please login from travel agency link and continue in the same browser once you login. This is very important to track your commission. If you make a booking and could not see this booking under the ‘Reservations’ link in your agency account page, this means your reservation was not tracked as travel agency booking. Please let us know these bookings. |

The hotel I am interested in booking is ‘On Request’. What does this mean? |

This means that our room allotment has been sold out and we have to contact the hotel and request additional rooms. Depending on the destination, this may take up to 48 hours excluding weekends. Disclaimer: While we will undertake to process your request within 48 hours, occasionally we are unable to do this. The reason for a delay in replying could be due to a public holiday or time zone differences. Should your request for accommodation be urgent you are advised to book a hotel with Instant Confirmation. During this time you can check on the status of your booking request through the ‘My Booking’ section. In order to proceed with your ‘On Request’ booking, we need you to submit a reservation form with your credit card details. Please be advised that your credit card will not be charged until the booking has been confirmed to you and we have received your authorisation to charge your credit card. |

| All hotels are fully booked for at least one of the dates you selected. This usually occurs during high season or over a special event period. If you complete the Special Request booking form we will make a separate search and advise alternate possibilities for your client where available. |

| Go to the ‘My Bookings’ section of our website with your e-mail address and password for this e-mail address. From here you can view all e-mail correspondence, cancel or amend your booking; once the booking has been finalised you can print out your client’s voucher; and then the invoice, once they have completed their stay at the hotel. Please use ‘My Bookings’ only to check or change an existing reservation. For new reservations please sign in through the travel agency page at the bottom of our homepage with your travel agency username and agency password or make sure you are already signed in so that we can track your new booking and commission. |

Names of customers booking our allotments are submitted to hotels 5-7 days prior to check-in. Please provide them with the confirmation details that are printed on your voucher. In this event you can check all e-mail history from the ‘My Booking’ section of our website where you can see and manage all the bookings you made under this e-mail address. If you still can not see any e-mail from gtahotels.com please contact our reservation team at reservation@gtahotels.com. Please make sure you give your company e-mail address to be able to manage the reservations in the name of your client. We also recommend you use the same e-mail address so that you can manage all the bookings made under your one e-mail address. |

Which credit cards do you accept? |

We are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club. Please be advised that if you submit a Diners Club credit card for payment of your booking, the transaction will be charged in a different currency to the one in which your booking rates were quoted. The cost of your booking is converted using our bank's exchange rates on the day of the transaction. Gtahotels.com can not be held responsible for currency exchange rates or bank surcharges whatever the circumstances. |
